How to See Accounts You Blocked on Instagram

• It is different from trying to view a profile that blocked you.
• Instagram does not provide an official list of people who blocked you.
• Unblocking someone does not automatically follow them again.

Steps on mobile

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Tap the menu icon.
3. Open settings.
4. Look for Blocked or Blocked accounts.
5. Open the list to review accounts you have blocked.
6. To unblock someone, use the unblock option next to their name and confirm.

Steps on desktop

1. Open Instagram in your browser and log in.
2. Click More, then Settings.
3. Look for blocked account settings.
4. If the full list is not available on web, use the Instagram mobile app.

Common problems

I want to see who blocked me.

Instagram does not provide a reliable official list. See Can you see who blocked you on Instagram? for safer ways to understand the signs.

I cannot find someone on my blocked list.

You may have restricted or muted them instead, or you may have blocked another account owned by the same person.

I unblocked someone but still do not follow them.

That is expected. Follow them again manually if you want to.

Can blocked accounts see this list?

No. Your blocked accounts list is private to you.

Can I view a profile I blocked?

You may need to unblock the account to see normal profile details again. See Can you view a blocked Instagram profile?.

Is blocking the same as muting?

No. Muting changes what you see. Blocking places stronger limits on interaction and visibility.
